- 300 g Pork Shoulder Steaks
- 2 tsp Avocado Oil
- 2 tbsp Shoaxing Wine
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp 5 Spice
- 2 tbsp Char Sui or Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy
- 1 tbsp Black Vinegar
- 400 g Frozen Ramen Noodles
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 100 g Pak Choi
- 4 Spring Onions
- Sesame seeds

Method
- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
- For the sauce, mix together the brown sugar, 5 spice, char Sui sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy, light soy and black vinegar.
- If using pork shoulder, dice into bitesized pieces. Finely slice the spring onions.
- Blanch the pak choi and set aside.
- Set a large pan over a medium heat, once hot, add the oil and pork. Cook on a high heat until you’ve got some good colour on one side before flipping and cooking through. Pour in the sauce and reduce until sticky and glazed.
- Cook the noodles, divide between two bowls and mix with a little soy sauce. Pour over the saucy pork, top with the spring onions, sesame seeds and pak choi.
- Mix in the bowl and enjoy.
